PerformanceNL is now offering 90 minute sessions. These sessions are specifically aimed at those who wish to include extensive, specific and supervised gym based rehabilitation sessions for clients who are recovering from injury.

 

These sessions will be a mixture of massage and specific gym work. The session will be 30-60 minutes based in the gym and 30-60 minutes massage depending on the clients specific needs.
